We hope this finds you all well. COVID-19 may have impacted on the way we do business, but certainly not whether we do business. For the Council, the past 9 weeks have been a time of innovation, collaboration and possibly more than anything else, living by our immutable values. We continue to put people first.
Customer obsession has always been at the heart of everything we do at the Council and as devastating as COVID-19 has been on communities around the world, this pandemic was never a formidable enough opponent to change that.
We have used this time to work tirelessly; to harness our incredible pool of talent and work smarter; to forecast how best to COVID-proof the Council; and to continue to ensure that we make your experience with the Council as exceptional as the world standard Physiotherapists we assess, and the esteemed Education Provider’s Physiotherapy Courses, we accredit.
With restrictions now easing across the country, we wanted to share with you what we have done and are continuing to do to faithfully service our candidates and give you confidence on the changeable road ahead.
Whilst we of course recognise the unique circumstances and challenges for candidates to continue with their assessments due to the impact of COVID-19, we remain committed to helping candidates wherever and however we can. One such illustration of this is that over the past month we have continued to conduct Eligibility, Equivalence and Skills assessments and will continue to do this.
Please be comforted in the knowledge that we are working around the clock to ensure Clinical Assessments resume as soon as possible.
For ongoing COVID-19 updates, please keep checking our website. Whilst we commit to being ever responsive and innovative during these unparalleled times, please rest assured that the Council remains guided by the advice provided by the Australian Federal Government and the Victorian State Government’s Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS).
We wish you all well and please take care as we reimagine business as usual.
