Processing times of assessment applications
The Council diligently follows a processing timeframe* to cater to all our candidates’ requirements. Please wait for the processing times listed below before contacting the Council for an update.
Please be aware that the Council will be closed for Christmas holidays from 24 December to 6 January. Applications submitted within the following timelines will be prioritised to be assessed in 2025, although there is no guarantee it will be processed before the office closure period.
Here are the current estimated timeframes for each assessment type:

*Estimated timeframes may be impacted by incomplete applications, incorrect documentation, etc. To ensure timely processing, please check all documents provided are correct and complete. In addition, the Council’s processing times may be affected by public holidays and office closures.
