Processing times of assessment applications
The Council diligently follows a processing timeframe* to cater to all our candidates’ requirements. Please wait for the processing times listed below before contacting the Council for an update.
Here are the current estimated timeframes for each assessment type:

*Estimated timeframes may be impacted by incomplete applications, incorrect documentation, etc. To ensure timely processing, please check all documents provided are correct and complete. In addition, the Council’s processing times may be affected by public holidays and office closures.
