Processing times of assessment applications
The Council diligently follows a processing timeframe* to cater to all our candidates’ requirements. Please wait for the processing times listed below before contacting the Council for an update.
Please note: The Council will be closed for the Christmas holidays starting from Friday 22 December to Monday 8 January. Applications submitted before and during this time may experience some delays in processing.
Here are the current estimated timeframes for each assessment type:
