The Council is the accreditation authority for physiotherapy in Australia, dedicated to ensuring excellence in physiotherapy education and assessment. We accredit Australian physiotherapy entry level programs and assess internationally qualified physiotherapists seeking to practise in Australia.

People and Governance Committee (PGC):
If you are experienced in shaping organisational culture and best-practice governance, we want to hear from you. The PGC is instrumental in succession planning, Board and CEO performance evaluations, reviewing governance documents, overseeing remuneration frameworks, and supporting people-focused policies. Audit and Risk Committee (ARC):
Do you have a demonstrated commitment to effective financial oversight, comprehensive risk management, and maintaining high standards of governance? We’re seeking an independent member for the ARC.
