The Council is seeking Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander representation to contribute to the Council's Reconciliation Framework.
Suitable candidates will be part of the Reconciliation Advisory Group providing Indigenous voices and perspectives, independent review and validation of the Reconciliation Framework over the coming 12 months.
The members of the Reconciliation Advisory Group would ideally make a 2-year commitment, meeting 2/3 times per year virtually or at our offices in Melbourne.
The ideal candidate for the Accreditation Committee will be:
identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
are respected and recognised as credible by their community
have interest/experience in health workforce or tertiary education
able to work collaboratively with Advisory Group members, Reconciliation Working Group and staff
not currently employed or engaged in Australian Physiotherapy Council work
