When overseas qualified physiotherapists are actively engaged in their assessment journey, the Council can enable them to complete the Standard Assessment Pathway within 12 months.
Currently, the Council can offer Clinical Assessments within 6 months from the time of application.
As a guardian to the profession, the Council ensures each physiotherapist going through our assessment journey meets the entry-level standards of physiotherapy practice through robust, fair, and consistent assessments. With the Standard Assessment Pathway being the most common pathway used by overseas physiotherapists, the Council is excited to make room for more assessments in the upcoming months.
