Maintaining the highest standards of ethics and professionalism is at the heart of the Council assessing overseas trained physiotherapists to join the Australian workforce.
With the safety of the Australian community in mind, we remind all candidates of our stance against cheating and any form of misconduct during assessment processes.
Zero tolerance policy
The Council adopts a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to dishonest practices, including the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a tool for cheating. Any candidate found using AI or other unauthorised means to complete Council assessments will be held fully responsible for their actions.
To safeguard our assessments, we have implemented robust technological measures designed to detect and prevent instances of cheating, including unauthorised use of AI tools. These proactive steps ensure that anyone attempting to circumvent the rules will be identified and held accountable.
We urge all our candidates to respect the Council’s Misconduct Policy.
Ethical responsibility
As a future Australian physiotherapist, you contribute to the reputation and trustworthiness of our profession in the eyes of the Australian community.
Let us work together to foster a culture of respect and ethical practice within the Australian healthcare workforce.
