Toni Andary has been a dedicated member of the Council’s Accreditation Committee since 2017 and served as its Chair in 2024. Holding numerous roles across the Council, Toni is an Accreditation Panel Chair, advises the Assessment Committee, contributes to the Written Assessment writers’ workshops and is a member of the Internal Review panel.
Toni’s work ethic clearly demonstrates his commitment to the future sustainability and success of the next generation of physiotherapists. He embodies and exhibits the Council’s values in the way he represents us, and as he engages with and encourages students preparing to enter the workforce.

Leanne Percy served as General Manager of Accreditation for a decade during which time she built a strong reputation for the Council’s accreditation services, giving confidence to our education partners and key stakeholders. Under her leadership, the Council’s overall reputation grew as an organisation that ensures high quality entry level physiotherapy education in Australia.
Through her dedication to excellence, exceptional customer service, and coaching, she played a pivotal role in helping universities develop new physiotherapy programs and provided valuable guidance in accreditation
Respected by educational stakeholders, Leanne has been an influential figure representing the Council in the 2015 Accreditation Standards update and multiple events including international conferences like CLEAR & World Physiotherapy Congress, and meetings with CPDANZ, Ahpra and Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
Her confident, humble and steadfast leadership has helped shape the Council to become who we are today.
