The Council will be reviewing standards to accredit physiotherapy programs across Australia, as part of the Accreditation Standards Project.
On behalf of the Physiotherapy Board of Australia, we will be reviewing existing standards for accrediting entry level physiotherapy programs, as well as developing new standards against which post-graduate programs of study teaching qualified physiotherapists medicine prescribing can be accredited.
This project will be presented to Physiotherapy Board of Australia and implemented across Australian universities once completed.

We are looking for the right candidates for our project, we have 12 available member roles in our Professional Reference Group as well as 3 casual roles for Subject Matter Experts.

These positions will require 50 to 60 hours of remote work across the year until August 2025, with reimbursement provided for attending remote meetings, reviewing project deliverables and providing advice to the project team. We are seeking a diverse panel of individuals whose expertise is essential in developing accreditation standards.
