International physiotherapists can now access faster and more flexible Clinical Assessment booking.
The Council is pleased to announce that as an international physiotherapist seeking to sit clinical assessments, you can now benefit from a faster and more flexible booking process, with the opportunity to schedule your assessments before the year’s end.
This gives you the freedom to choose your sessions from our available options based on your preferences. Our systems have been re-purposed to cater specifically to your needs, ensuring a smoother and more accommodating assessment process.
How does it work?
Whether it’s your first attempt or resit, you can now take responsibility for your own scheduling through the application process on the Candidate Dashboard. This gives you the option to complete all three clinical assessments (musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, and neurological physiotherapy) on the same day or split them across multiple days within our Melbourne based Simulation Lab.
At the Council, we understand that flexibility plays a vital role in preparing for the Clinical Assessment. With this new system, we are committed to providing international physiotherapists greater choice and opportunity to progress along the assessment journey and join the Australian physiotherapy profession.
