Prior to working in Australia, Kriti worked as a University Lecturer in India after completing a Bachelor of Science (Medical) and Master of Education. After migrating to Sydney in 2009, she decided to do a Dual Certification in Business Administration to expand her skillset and ease into the Australian way of life. Shortly after, she joined the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) as Education Officer in their Assessment Unit facilitating written and clinical examinations for overseas-trained physicians. With a strong desire to stay within the education industry, Kriti strategically moved careers from teaching to assessments remaining true to upholding quality education.
In 2014, she moved to Melbourne joining the Council as Assessment Manager where she coordinated projects, internal reviews as well as managed relationships with stakeholders.
In 2021, Kriti moved within the Council to the Accreditation Team as an Accreditation Manager, where she now manages accreditation and monitoring processes for entry-level physiotherapy programs in Australian Universities. Apart from her skillset and wealth of experience, Kriti never forgets to bring her positivity, resilience, and enthusiasm to work at the Council.
Having a home away from home. Kriti considers the villagers as a second family who has truly looked after her.
Kriti values time with her family, treasures her two kids, and considers her parents extraordinary exemplars of hard work and dedication.
Her passions include all things Bollywood, singing, dancing, and Zumba. She also supports cancer research by raising awareness and funds through participating in various walkathons and inviting the team to join along.Her personal motto is, “When you can’t find the sunshine, be the sunshine.”
