The Council works with universities across Australia to ensure that physiotherapy students engage in interprofessional learning, leading to excellent patient-centred care.

With a drive to deliver safe and quality healthcare for all, the Council and university educators ensure that physiotherapy students are exposed to and learn the importance of interprofessional collaborative practice. Through their physiotherapy programs, students are exposed to various healthcare professions from different backgrounds coming together to deliver team-based coordinated patient-centred care.

Watch this video to see how universities and physiotherapy accreditation are preparing physiotherapy students to be future-ready and work collaboratively with other health professionals.
