As a FLYR candidate, you only need to successfully complete a points-based Eligibility Assessment, online Culture Training Safety program and the Written Assessment to receive a Final Certificate that can be used to apply for General Registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.

The Written Assessment is available to be completed by remote invigilation, so candidates can now complete the entire process without travelling to Australia, thereby saving time and money.

If you still have questions we would be happy to help, please send us an email here.

Or, if we had you at ‘working as a physiotherapist in Australia’ then why not go ahead and apply?

How many attempts do I get with the Written Assessment?

On the FLYR path, you are not required to complete the Clinical Assessment as long as you are successful at the Written Assessment within 3 (three) attempts.  If you are successful, you will be issued with a Final Certificate which will meet the qualification requirement for General Registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.

What Happens if I am Unsuccessful?

Once results are released, you will need to wait 14 days for the Internal Review period to be concluded.  After 14 days you can apply for another Written Assessment session via your dashboard. You can sit the Written Assessment 3 (three) times however the assessment fee is payable every time.

If you fail the Written Assessment more than 3 (three) times then on the fourth time you will return to the full Standard Assessment pathway and will be required to complete the Clinical Assessment.
